My experience in retail displays includes leading project teams in the development and execution of product displays, sales tools, and brand awareness displays. My responsibilities include working my client to define strategy, programs, product loads, success analytics, develop program budgets, market testing, and distribution channels. I work with creative and agency teams to develop program tactics, develop concepts and prototypes, client presentations, and the creative execution of materials. I work with suppliers to develop prototypes, CAD drawings, die-lines, and cost estimates.

 

My display knowledge includes temporary and permanent displays including standees, PDQ's, product displays, and store signage programs. My expertise includes color management, display development and implementation plans, client presentations, financial management, supplier management, supplier negotiations and cost management, global supplier management, display packing and distribution.
