  • Evaluated and benchmarked supply base relationships, cost, and quality management for all national and local marketing materials. Established and negotiated supplier contracts including performance metrics, supplier incentives, and rebate programs. Re-aligned annual spend by reducing supplier base by 60% and reducing spend by $280,000 which was reallocated into additional projects for print, media, and sponsorship programs.
